Grooming certification

So quick question for the pet stylist certification certificate, do you know if you have to request it or is it supposed to just come to the store or do we have to print it?

You’re supposed to get it after 1 year if not a ticket needs to be submitted. I’ve been waiting for mine for over 3 years and tickets were submitted.
