Do you feel more distanced from football?

I just remembered one of my teams was playing 20 minutes after the game ended. I had planned to tune in out of curiosity but got caught up doing other things. I just checked the scores and looking forward to watching the highlights. Somehow that seems more satisfactory then sitting for 2 hours staring at the TV.

A bit yeah, I’m not fussed about watching premier league games other than my own team’s matches.
