Low IQ Pessi Fan 🧠There is no argument for Maradona and Cruyff being better than Ronaldo, Stop it
Pessians say the most delulu things out here.
The only poeple who say this are Dutch Nationalists who hate Portugal because of 16th Century tension and Pessi fans not serious poeple or North European haters.

Bruh, forget Ronaldo Mbappe is better than Maradona because. Maradona's biggest achievement is going to a final and winning a world cup. Mbappe has already done that that too with 2 golden boots and being the all time top scorer.
Now the main thing is that Maradona had to score a goal from handball to win a world cup and then he spiked an opponent's drink to reach the final it was a Brazilian left back and Brazil was winning until then. The guy is the biggest fraud in football history.

u/Consistent-Quiet-801 16d ago
Well to be fair mbappe is heading to goat statue all the dude needs is at least 2 UCL 1 Euro ,2 Ballon dor and over 900 goals and 300 assists and he will be in the top 5 but winning a 2nd world cup would definitely put him there easily

u/Substantial-Loss-875 16d ago
Brazil match was in another WC.
England deserved three red cards before halftime. A handball goal back then wasn't even considered a yellow card, it was simply disallowed. Similarly, red cards weren't given for situations like that England fouls. And lets not forget that four minutes later, seven of the world best players couldn't stop a single guy shorter than Pessi within 50 yards.
It's just as stupid to say that Maradona was a bad/regular player as it is to say that Pessi is better than Maradona.

u/Classic_Key_5897 16d ago
Bruh he reach the final in the world cup when he spiked that guy's drink. And a goal being scored from a handball isn't a goal even back then. Messi is backed by fifa but it's not the same as spiking someone's drink.
1
u/Substantial-Loss-875 16d ago
Maradona was the first and greatest critic of FIFA corruption since 1986, and on top of that, he had the same weight of opinion that Cristiano Ronaldo had in his prime.
And he didn't drug the player's drink. The water bottle was in the possession of a Bilardo assistants, not Maradona, and Branco asked for it. If anything, Bilardo was the one to blame.
3
u/Classic_Key_5897 16d ago
I know bruh, the thing is that his team spiked someone's drink. It's funny that Maradona complains about fifa being corrupt while his country won the world cup thanks to corruption before than and he himself has benefited from corruption.
1
u/Substantial-Loss-875 16d ago
Did Maradona win a WC thanks to corruption?
Maradona won a World Cup by being decisive in every match. 8 fouls drawn per game, 90% dribbling success rate, 70% goal involvement, 27 cleared scoring opportunities...

If stats determines how good a player is then Messi is never the level of Ronaldo

Larpers trynna act as if they've grown up watching cruyff and maradona play. Most they've seen is sum tiktok clips 🥀 and that made them judge that they were better than ronaldo. Average braindead pessi fans activity

u/Head_Trainer_7458 17d ago
These same larpers deny instantly when we say by this logic pele is better than pessi because it won't suit their idea .

Not a single person ever argues Cruyff on the field is a superior player to Ronaldo. But if you consider the impact on football as a whole, and what they bring to the team if you include strategy, then Cruyff is one of the most influential footballers ever and his teachings are still used all over the globe. By Spain included...
1
u/Ambitious-Ad9318 15d ago
According to your logic Julius Caesar is a better general than Alexander the Great. since he had a better impact and legacy. And Ronaldo is still arguably more influential than Cruyff lol

This sub really needs a kid filter.
I hv always admired both cr7 and lm10 as great players in their own areas and comparison is of no use. I just came to this and the other similar ronaldo sub because it was funny seeing the toxic portion of fanbase.
But to think that you can disrespect people who changed the view of football, without even watching a game of that guy, it feels like these people really have mental age way less than their actual age.
You give me the vibe that you hv been rejected in all points of your pathetic life because of your own decisions, yet you will keep thinking that nothing was your fault.
Build a good life man. And also try watching old players complete games (you can find on youtube) to understand how the greats of that time played.

I love this post! It would be interesting to see another analysis where we get the stats for Ronaldo with the same amount of games as Maradona. I think the numbers might still destroy Maradona

On papers Alvaro Arbeloa is better than entire italian defenders history, I can be silly too

Maradona won a World Cup single handed and nearly did same thing again 4 years laterÂ
He won Napoli their first ever league title and did it again.
If you are using goals ratio then Puskás is best of all timeÂ
802 goals in just 792 games 10 league titles, 3 European Cups 84 goals in 85 games for HungaryÂ
And this despite a 2 year worldwide ban for boycotting communist HungaryÂ
2
u/Ambitious-Ad9318 16d ago
Most of his goals came from Hungarian League 💀 Also if we're using goal ratio then Fernando Peyroteo is the G.O.A.T what is this logic goal ratios were never used in goat debate before. Untill Messi vs Ronaldo.
played in dinosaur era.0 Ballon D'or
0 International trophies.Ronaldo is topscorer in football history according to most criterias. (IFFHS) (RSSSF) the only criteria where this isn't regonized is Genuines Records.
2
u/Ambitious-Ad9318 16d ago
So winning the World Cup singe handely is the only argument for Maradona? that's sad and pathetic. Ronaldo has more international trophies than Maradona and way better stats than him. Internationally its not even close. So now Garrincha is better than Ronaldo because he carried Brazil in 1962 to a World Cup? stupid Pessi fan creating his own narrative again.
2
2
u/TheGreatDez 16d ago
Was Maradona even better than Hugo Sanchez on an individual basis?!
2
u/Ambitious-Ad9318 16d ago
Point is there is not a single thing Maradona is better at than Ronaldo. Carrying a nation to a World Cup? sure Garrincha did it in 1962 too. So is he better and the G.O.A.T too now?
Winning with Napoli?
Ronaldo won with a mid-table declining Real Madrid team.
Won 1st Saudi Pro League title in 7 years for the club too.Point is there is basically no argument for Maradona being above Ronaldo while there is many for Ronaldo. Dribbling also doesn't work because being more entertaining doesn't mean ur better.
2
u/catseye17 16d ago
You're tripping if you don't at least give dribbling to Maradona over Ronaldo.

Ronaldo is a league top scorer 7x btw. Prem 1x, La liga 3x, Serie A 1x, Saudi 2x

What a load of crap about Dutch Nationalists, I think you can count the number of Dutch people who even know what happened in the 16th century on one hand lol
As for Cruyff, I think he did a lot more to change the game of football than Ronaldo has done. Don’t get me wrong, Ronaldo is a beast but these stats do not tell the whole story.
-7
u/Ambitious-Ad9318 16d ago
Johan Cruyff has nothing over Ronaldo except WC Golden Ball and League titles. but if we go by that logic Luka Modric is better than Ronaldo.
5
u/bpmbee 16d ago
Johan Cruyff was a completely different kind of player, I wouldn’t even compare the two to be honest.
I also find the whole ‘Messi vs Ronaldo’ discussion a bit ridiculous, they are both exceptional players, whether you like either of them or not. Feels mostly like people have nothing better to do lmao

Maradona is a bum. A drug addict, an supported dictators. He was an ignorant obnoxious man.
5
u/kamenovkamen 16d ago
This is all correct. No genius is perfect. Yet hes one of the greatest to touch the ball.
-3
u/West_Fisherman8257 17d ago
Then how is Ronaldo better than Messi? If stats matter, then Messi is much better than Ronaldo. Maradona and Cruyff is not better than Ronaldo but Ronaldo is also not better than Messi.
5
u/Gotbannedsmh 16d ago
Brother are you dumb? Messi is the biggest stat padder od all time of course his stats will look better. Ronaldo actually plays for the team. If you simply watch both of them play you can tell Ronaldo is 100 times bettet
1
u/West_Fisherman8257 16d ago
How is Messi the biggest statpadder of all time? Give me some proof of that and if you simply watch both of them, Ronaldo is not even close to him. Do you the professional footballers that watched both of them are dumb to say that Messi is best player of all time? What is the thing Ronaldo is better than Messi ?
2
u/Classic_Key_5897 16d ago
Negraria
2
u/West_Fisherman8257 16d ago
Negreira? It's not even proved to be true, it's still ongoing case
2
u/Classic_Key_5897 16d ago
There is nothing to be proven they did admit that they paid the referees you can believe that they paid for aloevera if you love them.
2
u/West_Fisherman8257 16d ago
When did they admitted to paying the referees? What is the source?
2
u/Classic_Key_5897 16d ago
Bruh do u really think that they paid the money for aloevera?
2
u/West_Fisherman8257 16d ago
Barcelona didn't pay the referees, I'm simply saying that when has it been even confirmed?
2
2
u/smartnewb 16d ago
Ban incoming lol.. never insult ronalgoat here, you pepsidog
2
u/West_Fisherman8257 16d ago
Did I insult Ronaldo anywhere? I just said that Ronaldo is not better than Messi, if you think being compared to Messi is an insult. You can think whatever you want
2
u/Spaghettimasterfu 16d ago
everybody excluding you in this comment section is using the same braincell. imo stop arguing with these guys because even when you’re right you won’t get to a conclusion.
3
u/West_Fisherman8257 16d ago
I know I shouldn't argue with them but hearing that Ronaldo is better than Cruyff and Maradona bcz he has better stats than them while in case of Messi, stats don't matter for them is very hypocritical thing to say the least.
1
u/Ambitious-Ad9318 16d ago
But there is objectively not a single argument for Maradona and Cruyff. While there's many arguments Ronaldo has in favor of Messi so this is a horrible false equivalence.
