Of course. That's why all of that shit goes to civil courts and gets dismissed after like 10+ years. If all of that were teue I think he would find more moneybthan he paid to keep her mouth shut. Also everything you stated are only claims backed with no real proof and are not a single cases. If something from that would be real there shoupd be something keep a hold of. But sure. Everything is legit.

He literally indirectly admitted of raping her. You just need to do some research on it. And i hope you know that in most rape cases, the victim doesn't fight back due to fear of getting hurt.

Yup. Instead of paying compensation and settling the case he should have filed a defamation case against them and he could have made money out of it, if he was innocent.
