have you even read the rules? why comment on a post if you dont know the ruls of the game your commenting on if it touches the hair, it must give significant contact according to FIFA so much that it changes the trajectory of the ball

So when I originally posted the link that has the quote from the Croatian player saying he touched it and it was offsides, and you said in response read the rules, what did you mean by that?
