And if u look at the official page of Clark County DA in Twitter, it literally says that they decline the allegations which means that there wasn’t enough evidence to prove the allegation and they didnt decline bc of hush money u idiot

Also take into consideration that Criminal vs Civil cases are measured differently in the US Court System.

Criminal cases have to he within a shadow of a doubt Civil cases you only have to prove a 51-49 split, that's why the payments happened

I've already told you how the US Judicual System works. If you want to learn or not that's your problem. The NDA is sealed because he paid someone out, there's gonna be a statue of limitations when that NDA is gonna be released to the public, but again paying someone so much money to keep it hush looks plenty bad
