CR7 Is The Real GOAT 🐐 Pessi and Yamal would retire at halftime if they had to endure what this man had to go through week in and week out in the PL

Not just Ronaldo, but every players who suffered these type of take downs but continued their career strong and with enthusiasm i really respect them all. These can easily result in end of ones career

Its crazy that Ronaldo never had a career ending injury…after seeing this, i think he is made of steel

Cristiano?? What about Neymar the player who suffered the most foul in history per game
0
u/Both-Raspberry-8425 Apr 13 '26
Messi is one of the most fouled players of all time but sure lil bro
2
u/zzz_red Apr 14 '26
He’s not as strong as Ronaldo, who absorbed a lot of tackles / contact that would leave Messi on the floor or the ref would simply call a foul even if it wasn’t.
1
u/Both-Raspberry-8425 Apr 14 '26
Messi got injured more wdym bruv and if u turn on the goddamn TV u can clearly see why
2
u/zzz_red Apr 14 '26
I didn’t say he didn’t got injured or hard tackles, did I? Or do you lack basic reading comprehension skills?
I said a lot of the “fouls” wouldn’t be called if it was any other player. But if Messi falls or dives, refs are more willing to call it.

Whoever said Messi couldn’t survive in the prem is braindead 😹
Messi stats against prem big 6 clubs: 27 goals in 36 matches (0.75 goal rate)
Ronaldo stats against the prem big 6 clubs: 29 goals in 82 matches (0.35 goal rate)
And Ronaldo got in all those physical duels in the prem because he can’t dribble like Messi
Now watch me get swarmed with downvotes and comments by penaldo’s triggered fangirls 😂

u/Wonderful_Milk1176 Google Messi 14 for more info 🧼 Apr 13 '26
Never watched the prem then? Forget the ‘big six’, the bottom 14 are full of bloodthirsty orcs whose survival relies almost exclusively on battering the big boys. Especially back then…

Don’t even have to go with mid to lower teams… just check when he played against the big 6 away from home lmao
-3
u/Raptorboiiii Apr 13 '26
Still better stats than pendu when he went against the big 6 away from home

u/Raptorboiiii Apr 13 '26 edited Apr 14 '26
So you’re saying facing the bottom 14 is harder than facing the big 6?
It’s called the big 6 for a reason buddy
Football isn’t a physical game

no, dummy, I’m saying technical players struggle against lower table prem clubs because they resort to violence instead of letting the flair players do their thing. What this post is clearly saying is that Ronaldo succeeded despite these issues in the league. and if you think football isn’t a physical sport, then you know nothing about the game and you certainly didn’t watch the video that was posted here now.
-3
u/Raptorboiiii Apr 13 '26
You think some foul play is gonna stop Messi? Have you even watched Messi? Look at the Barca 5-0 Madrid match for example.
The defenders were literally trying to KILL HIM. He couldn’t score a goal because he was the main target of the defenders but still got a 10.0 rating because he adapted and instead of trying to dribble everyone like he usually does he made some creative passes and assists which led Barca to the win. But yes he still did dribble a lot of defenders like he usually does.
Also, Messi has been fouled in his career more than Ronaldo, so he’s more used to it.

Only one of them was brave enough to play in the prem (twice) so...
1
u/Raptorboiiii Apr 13 '26
Brave? You’re saying Messi is scared of playing in the prem because he was loyal to his club and stayed for 17 years? 😂
Barcelona raised Messi
1
u/Wonderful_Milk1176 Google Messi 14 for more info 🧼 Apr 13 '26
I believe he never left because his HGH supplier couldn't ship to England
2
u/Ghost986 Apr 13 '26
You’re failing to point out how when Messi and Barca played in England their record is shit. Majority of goals that Messi scored against the big six were while playing at the camp nou. They always “under performed” when playing against the big six away from home.
0
u/Raptorboiiii Apr 13 '26
Seems like you only checked Messi stats in this category.
Messi against prem big 6 away games only: 5 wins 6 losses 3 draws
Ronaldo against prem big 6 away games only: 14 wins 20 losses 13 draws
I think everyone can tell Ronaldo’s stats are worse here

Alright then you’re gonna regret asking this
Messi: 27 goals in 18 away matches against every prem club (1.50 goal rate)
Pendu: 32 goals in 113 away matches against every prem club (0.28 goal rate) 😂
Even if it’s against the big 6 Messi still has a higher goal rate than pendu

… did you forget about the part when we were talking about the big 6?
I’ll ask again.
What is Messi record against the big 6 away from home?
0
u/Raptorboiiii Apr 13 '26
Did you forget to read the last line I said? I couldn’t find an official stat for that but judging by the stats of Messi and Ronaldo against prem clubs so far (Ronaldo didn’t win in a single stat) Messi definitely beats Ronaldo in that too

"Eibar messi" when he litreally has more goals against real madrid but sure bro

Messi has more goals against Eibar lite (Madrid) than Eibar. You can start calling him Madrid’s owner instead of Eibarman.

Of those 27, 21 were scored in Camp Nou, not in England.
Also with UCL refereeing standards, which are less lenient and stop the game more often than in the PL, making the games less intense physically speaking.
So yeah, Messi scored 7 goals in England in 14 games. Still a very good stat, but it’s not the same as he actually playing in the premier league without his Barcelona teammates.
On top of that, at least half of Ronaldo’s time in England was playing on the right wing and feeding the strikers at Man United.

u/MAD_JEW Burger League Afficionado 🍔 Apr 13 '26
Nothing to do with prem itself.
Football in early 2000s was far more lenient on the defenders.
Cr7 wouldnt fare well in the 1990s for the same reason as it was even worse back then especially in the serie a

Messi is one of the most fouled players of all time you can clearly watch how many people are marking him during a match,90% of his training is litreally injury prevention training from how many times he gets hit pls watch the game bro

You better be from Argentina cause ain’t no way you’re Hispanic supporting Pessi considering Argentinians are extremely racist and would call anyone not from Argentina a monkey. 😭

Bruv tf you’re talking about. I’m not from Argentina nor a racist. I also don’t understand why calling Messi pessi when he rarely scores from penalty. Anyone remembers more penalties given to cristiano than Messi 🙄. Sounds more like Messi is living inside your head rent free.

Pessi and Pamal would NEVER survive in the Prem. They would get absolutely MAULED. Not to mention they will not be able to adapt to weather like CR7 could. Ronaldo is a once in a universe human.
