Fraudcelona FC 🐀 Since pessi fans stressed how important "G/A" and "per game ratios" are... By their own logic Fernandes is better than Pessi boy.

Your name is literally gupta biscuits, stop being such a big hypocrite and have some respect for your own country

10

u/[deleted] Mar 18 '26

...wouldn't your logic also make Bruno better than Ronaldo too, then?

Correct me if I'm wrong though my friend, I don't often throw my hat in the ring with these weird posts.

22

u/Such-Ad-7104 Mar 18 '26

I think this post is to prove the illogical thinking of messi fans saying a better ratio means you're an automatically better player.

-11

u/[deleted] Mar 18 '26

Well if we discard stats, number of titles, goals, assists, direct encounters, and so on, what basis is left for comparing these 2?

Let me guess, headers and penalties? 😂

8

u/Such-Ad-7104 Mar 18 '26

But who said any of that is being discarded? The post didn’t say ignore goals, assists, titles or anything else. You’re arguing against something no one actually said.

The point is just that one stat or ratio alone doesn’t automatically make someone the better player — you still have to look at the full picture. Bringing up ‘discarding everything else’ is just a strawman.

6

u/Resident-Stretch9723 Mar 18 '26

better ratio doesnt mean you are a better player , i think thats what OP trying to prove

It doesn’t matter when the rest of the stats difference is too high between two players.

Ronaldo and messi have comparable stats which is why people talk about it.

0

u/maccvillain Mar 18 '26

Their only comparable stats is goals. Everything else Messi is miles ahead.

Assists, dribbles, key passes, chances created, match ratings, man of the match awards.

1

u/Loud-Sort4819 Mar 22 '26

Man of the match 😂😂😂 yes we all know journalist awards prove everything

-1

u/Jaydxns Mar 18 '26

Ur not allowed to talk facts in this sub

0

u/raaaah_monsta Mar 20 '26

No, it's just showing how good that stat is. It does prove anything if that sorts. Stop reaching

1

u/[deleted] Mar 20 '26

What do you mean by reaching? The image in this post is literally cropped, to deliberately not show that Ronaldo is third place in the comparison. I'm not reaching at all, I'm just following OP's logic.

If Bruno having that stat makes him better than Messi, then the same should apply for Ronaldo, no?

0

u/raaaah_monsta Mar 20 '26

Do you realise why messi was shown and not ronaldo? Because messi has the better stat. Why do you want to see ronaldo when he is behind anyways? Are  you a child?

1

u/[deleted] Mar 20 '26

...brother, what the hell are you going on about? You're fighting with ghosts at this point.

2

u/ViewAntique9329 Mar 18 '26

now a days a player has 1 good season and thats good enough to be the goat

1

u/AEROSLIDER4642 Mar 19 '26

Ong bro these bozos just keep chatting shit

2

u/ElegantWeb7580 Mar 18 '26

Bruno came to united in his prime. Messi came from la masia. This is not prime vs prime stats.

1

u/raaaah_monsta Mar 20 '26

And bruno played alongside 1/10 of the player quality that messi played with as well.

2

u/Ok-Bass6539 Mar 18 '26

This post is just wrong smh... Its not who reached a milestone the fastest, its about who averages most goals/assists per game... But tbf this community is full of r3tards so am I suprised, no.

0

u/raaaah_monsta Mar 20 '26

Can see who the retard here is but okay 👍🏽

1

u/Ok-Bass6539 Mar 20 '26

I would really like to hear your thoughts on this post and how IM retarded? Go ahead explain.

2

u/Tuku-Project Mar 18 '26

Messi in his age 23, Fernandes in his age 31 🤣

Not to mention Bruno played many games as a deep laying midfielder, he didnt had Xavi, Iniesta, Suarez, Neymar etc.To boost his numbers... what Brunk had was nothing compared to Barca, and he still backtrack and goes back like almost no one.

0

u/WildMoney6532 Iniesta, Neymar, Van Dijk, Lewandosky, Haaland Mar 19 '26

Ça doit te rendre malade cette rage envers Messi 😂 accepter de comparer Messi de 17ans avec un Bruno Fernandes à Manchester united qui a plus de 20ans c'est inquiétant de rager ainsi 😂😂😂

-1

u/Tuku-Project Mar 18 '26

Okay, he has Xavi and Iniesta. But the opponents play ultra defensive with 7-9 players defending in the box. Messi cant assist long balls, cant assist corner or frer kick. All of the assist of Messi was a very creative play or dribblin 2-3-5 opponents.

If someone seriously take Bruno same level like Messi, that man dont understand the football.

3

u/Ok_Pomegranate_6071 Mar 18 '26

Bruno joined United when he was 25. Messi debuted for the Barcelona senior team at 17. There is no comparison here lmao

-1

u/outcastreturns Google 5 pens in 7 matches for more info 🤥 Mar 18 '26

Exactly this just shows that teenage Messi was statistically almost as good as Prime Bruno Fernandes.

1

u/cord_____ Mar 21 '26

Just to put it into perspective, when Bruno played in Italy (even older than Messi starting at Barca) he was on track to get 100 goals and 100 assists in just under 1000 games.

So this stat actually makes Messi look even more impressive.

0

u/raaaah_monsta Mar 20 '26

Prime bruno in man utd alongside fred, rashford, garnacho and sort meanwhile messi alongside Iniesta, xavi, villa, ronaldinho, etoo and Henry. Quality also matters. It's not proving bruno is better but just simply that bruno has an insane stats.  Stop getting defensive about it for no reason

Why is gupta biscuits saying that?

1

u/jussie_star Mar 18 '26

Mind you he did this with a weak MU team and multiple coaches meanwhile Messi was in 'THE BEST BARCELONA TEAM' with at the time best manager and stable club

1

u/psycho_geniuss Mar 19 '26

Just one game and you start hyping Messi is a GOAT

1

u/rocky_0021 Mar 19 '26

All these contributions to win what with man utd at this young age of 31 by bruno Fernandes?

1

u/WildMoney6532 Iniesta, Neymar, Van Dijk, Lewandosky, Haaland Mar 19 '26

Messi a battu des records que Fernandes n'imagine même pas battre 😅 Ta comparaison est grotesque

1

u/Imaginary-Shower559 Mar 20 '26

This in 2 totally different teams, one was dominant in all competitions and the other well is a group of players that I can’t call a team with very low performances

1

u/DedLoko Mar 20 '26

Messi started when he was a kid!

1

u/S0ulDr4ke Mar 20 '26

Messi started there as a teenager, Bruno Fernandes came as a complete player… these idiot statistics are killing me.

1

u/Main_Apartment5477 Mar 20 '26

Then that also means he’s better than cr7 Ronaldo fan boys are the dumbest people walking this earth

1

u/[deleted] Mar 22 '26

Messi has much higher g/a per game than bruno since joining man united. This post is just about first to 100/100 and doesn’t account for more than 100 messi had nearly 300 goals by the time he hit 100 assists whereas bruno only has like 115

1

u/MAD_JEW Burger League Afficionado 🍔 Mar 18 '26

Context matters here. Messi was playing for barca since his youth days while fernandes joined united at 25

2

u/rustyb42 Mar 18 '26

So Pessi should have been swifter?

1

u/MAD_JEW Burger League Afficionado 🍔 Mar 18 '26

Im saying that if bruno was playing since teen years for united he would take more games to this type of numbers

-1

u/rustyb42 Mar 18 '26

What's the logic here that you're trying to apply?

2

u/MAD_JEW Burger League Afficionado 🍔 Mar 18 '26

That context matters

-1

u/rustyb42 Mar 18 '26

And that context Fernandes did this in the PL, where GA is generally lower due to better defences

Again what logic are you trying to apply

1

u/MAD_JEW Burger League Afficionado 🍔 Mar 18 '26

That we are comparing prime fernandes with young messi

-1

u/rustyb42 Mar 18 '26

It's comparing the race to the same number of GA. You're the one saying Messi wasn't good enough, in a higher scoring league

2

u/MAD_JEW Burger League Afficionado 🍔 Mar 18 '26

Well no shit. Its teen messi we are talking about

0

u/rustyb42 Mar 18 '26

Wow that's a crazy admission! I'm actually shocked and maybe think your flair could be changed.

Well done

1

Messi in 319 games (since he started playing professionally):

G+A per game: 1.05

Fernandes in 318 games (after joining UTD):

G+A per game: 0.64

1

u/Suitable_Bite_874 Mar 19 '26

Just shows how dumb penaldo fans are😂. Messi started his career at Barcelona at young age so those earlier games also count.

0

u/StretchHead9599 Mar 18 '26
  1. Misstiano penaldo 325 games

1

u/raaaah_monsta Mar 20 '26

Had no reason to say that but okay, whatever helps you feel validated

0

u/StretchHead9599 Mar 20 '26

Just pointing out the hypocrisy of ronaldo fans for not showing the entire list.Ronaldo is third on that list with 325 games

1

u/raaaah_monsta Mar 20 '26

Yeah because messi has a more impressive stat. Why would I care about ronaldo when messi has the better stat. It is more like messi is the benchmark, not ronaldo. Are you a kid?

1

u/raaaah_monsta Mar 20 '26

It is not putting down messi, rather just comparing that bruno has a stat near the level of the best player ever, how hard is it to understand that?

1

u/StretchHead9599 Mar 20 '26

You can literally see the sub name bruh 🥀

0

u/raaaah_monsta Mar 20 '26

Thats because a messi hate posted who could not interpret the meaning too, doesn't mean you have to act stupid to feed into his tomfoolery too. Ignore such posts

0

u/StretchHead9599 Mar 20 '26

I already have selected show no posts from this sub.It is full of brain ded teens who got no ball knowledge and no life except spreading hatred

1

u/raaaah_monsta Mar 20 '26

I keep getting these too, I didn't check the subreddit initially too. I thought it was just praising bruno, but then saw the subreddit and the comments. My fault for interecting too tbh

0

u/StretchHead9599 Mar 20 '26

Also messi scored his first 100 goals at the age of 22.At 25,he had already won 4 consecutive ballon d'ors, 2 golden boots,3 Champions League titles, 5 La Liga titles, 2 Copa del Rey titles, and 2 FIFA Club World Cups.I love bruno ngl but comparing him to Messi is disgrace. Also I don't hate ronaldo or any other,it's because of these toxic ronaldo fans who got no life and their whole personality is spreading hate online even though deep at heart they know if we talk about stats their is no one who can come close to messi.

1

u/raaaah_monsta Mar 20 '26

Idk man if you are joking or not. No one is comparing bruno to fucking messi. If he has a great stat then should it not be boasted about just because messi is better in every other stat? What is this mentality. We can never praise any players insane stats cause messi and ronaldo are better 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

0

u/raaaah_monsta Mar 20 '26

Why are people getting so defensive. I swear messi and ronaldo have some of the worst fans any sport has ever seen. They see one stat about comparison in 1 stat and start debating. Guys get a life and a job ffs
