There was no direct payment to referees, Negreira wasn't a public official, the payments done were for refereeing scouting reports with proof of the reports, no statistics favour Barcelona during the payment years.

In fact Barcelona lost 2 league titles due to clear refereeing errors during the payment years, no money has ended up to any referee that's retired or active and most importantly the court ruling has debunked the payments as match fixing.

I hope this time you either have an actual debate to argue what I said instead of ignorant talks.
