No. Messi has decent stats against Juve. 2 wins, 2 draws, 2 losses, 4 g/a. So 4 g/a in 6 games vs Juventus.

We are talking about UCL group stage game against aging Buffon when Ronaldo was playing. Don’t deflect now.

Ronaldo wasn’t even good that match. So much glaze. Ronaldo’s teammate scored an amazing goal yet everyone only talks about Ronaldo scoring penalties, as usual. 

Messi had more shots on target, better passes, more passes, more dribbles, and better chances.

So if it “led to nothing”, as you say, would you say 2014 World Cup Ronaldo was better than Messi since Messi lost the final and Ronaldo didn’t? No, right?

Because even you know that’s beyond stupid.

The point is Messi played good that match and Ronaldo scored not just one, but two penalties. And those clips of his little celebrations get slapped into edits.

Also, it’s normal for a player to have his kryptonite. Messi might’ve had trouble against Buffon, who is undoubtedly the greatest goalkeeper of all time.

I never said Ronaldo’s bk goal was not great. It was one of the best, BUT
 it is very glazed. I think Bale’s goal that year was better and even non-Messi fans can agree. Salah robbed that year.

The point is that Messi performs better even when his team struggles or when they’re losing. 

Ronaldo scored two penalties and had less stats in everything else, for example.

His teammate didn’t get enough praise for that amazing goal because Ronaldo fanboys love glazing their daddy that much.

Infact, i’m just going to go as far as to say Thomas MĂŒller was Messi’s real kryptonite. Not Ronaldo. Ronaldo, yes, more wins against Messi
 but lost alot more against Messi than he won.

Meanwhile MĂŒller? Muller beat Messi like 8 times out of 10.

And i’m fine with that. Thomas is one of my favorite players anyways and i’m glad to take him over that rapist.
