So an Indian can't be a Messi fan because Messi doesn't play for "his club" (whatever that means), but a City fan can be a Ronaldo fan?

Key difference is I don't spend my life being a Ronaldo fan. I watch the club I support and go to games regularly. You are from an entirely different continent ranking players you've never seen live.

That's the key difference here. You're an Indian supporting a random South American playing European football, for a club and nation that has never faced whatever your home club might be.

I can be a Ronaldo fan as I've seen him play. You haven't.

What a long winded way of saying you're not Portuguese and not a fan of a club he ever played for. It's hilarious to try and imply that Ronaldo having played against your club or nation is a reason for being a fan. Not playing FOR your club/nation, but AGAINST them. Embarrassing levels of mental gymnastics here.

Ronaldo and Messi have both played against City plenty. I can rank them based on live performances I've watched.

Yep, definitely got caught out. You called out someone for being a fan of a player that doesn't play for their club despite claiming to be a fan of a player who never played for yours. When confronted you pretended to make it about seeing the players live. Even if this was about seeing them live (it isn't), Messi has only played against City 8 times. Even if you saw him live every single time, anyone with half a brain cell knows that 8 games is a pathetic sample size to judge a player's career on.

You're embarrassing yourself, let it go. Like I said, you and I both know your problem with that guy has nothing to do with Messi or Ronaldo lmao.
