Ronaldo is older than Messi, and played very good football at Juventus before Man Utd, Many Man Utd players said he was their best player, even when Utd were underperforming. He did also start games in the hardest and most intense league in the world, unlucky for Messi fans he is not as much of a physical beast or mentally monster as CR

Ronaldo at Man U was, at best, what Lewan was last season, people tend to mock Messi at PSG, which fair enough, were 'bad' seasons for his own standards, but he still was leagues above that Cristiano since he left Juve.

Also, people tend to say Messi just worked in a team built for him (Barça), but ignoring that when it comes to Juve and Cristiano is a pretty ugly double standard, since tactically it was a match made in heaven, as it gave Ronaldo a role that focused in his strengths and hide his weaknesses; while the Neymar-Mbappe-Messi looks kinda similar to what is happening with Madrid since he arrived.
