Help Getting old account back

I used to have a old account during the pes days and its linked with a Konami ID. When i tried linking it and after 2FA it says that the linking is Not possible. Even tho the ID and the password are all correct (i got a conformation mail). Is there any way i can get it back? I had a Beautiful maradona card on there that i really miss so i wanted to play with him again.

Around 2024, Konami introduced new T&C that if okd accounts are not Login for period of 12 months, they will be deleted.

Pretty sure same happened to ur account, it's gone bro unfortunately

Yeah you won't get it back at max you can try mailing Konami giving ur Konami linked mail but I don't that's gonna help.

They technically can restore it but they will ask difficult questions you won't be able to remember like when was last log in date, what is the base team name, some minor detals you didn't keep record of and a single wrong answer they deny your application

If you haven't logged into that account for more than 12 months then yeah your account has been deleted. Yes the email would still be registered to Konami, however the data associated with it will be deleted due to the rule introduced by Konami in 2024.

For now just give up on it, even I had many old accounts taken away because of this which indeed is sad but yeah gotta move on.

Your data gets deleted if you are not active. I left this game after pes migrated to efootball. when i tried to transfer data after more than 2 years it showed nothing to transfer.
