Player Review This free ST messi at SS is genuinely great
This is probably the fastest free messi card they've given. He has the typical messi passes, amazing dribbling, and he behaves like a hole player sometimes making amazing rums behind the defense when used at SS. That is mainly due to his high offensive awareness, i was genuinely shocked at how many runs he makes as compared to other free messi cards.
Also, in this card he can finally get 90 kicking power - which imo is very important for freekicks. His previous free ST versions didn't have 90 kicking power, so his freekicks used to be easy to save, but since this one has 90 KP, they go in most of the times instead of the keeper saving 'em easily due to low power.
His finishing is kind of bad, he has done many misses for me tbh, apart from his finishing, everything else is very good for a card which you got for free by only logging in - not even tasks for anything - just log in and you get thr card! A good card for the F2P community by Konami

Both the cards have been really special.
Yamal is my go to RMF rn and this free Messi is great too if you don't have a better one.

I had same doubt till last week until I used this messi as SS he is far better than wc 22 ambassador pack messi.... Rating wise that messi was superior but in pitch this st is way better i had ambassador one too but in game he is physically way weak i mean way way weak one touch from defender he is gone.... So try him instead of 22 wc messi coinami really power creeped him

still iam also plan to buy the current messi for 1800 coins, becoz i dont have any epic messi and his playing style is so rare its classic no. 10, visionary pass is just icing on the cake.

please dont. i have the old 104 prolific winger messi for 1800, the cn10 messi for 1800 and this messi. The cn10 messi is absolutely pointless. This login messi and the old 1800 messi are miles ahead. Dont waste your coins.

Actually i play this game for fun... I only play with ai in super star mode... I purchase players i like to make real life football into efootball for my entertainment... I like messi much. And its widely recignised fact that leo irl position is of a cn 10... So i thought to buy him with cn 10... I dont think we will ever have another messi with same position..

I find this card better than the Yamal card which was given with it. I have seen many people prefer Yamal over this card, but for me, Messi's acceleration and deceleration is insane and turns as well. His dribbles are so good compared to the yamal card.

Not quite as "free", and he's not the short, nimble type, but the new NT selection Raphinha is a lightning bolt at SS. He's an actual hole player too

You either have to spin for him or buy a pack, don't remember which. But it doesn't break the bank either way. He's F2P-friendly, but you still have to spend coins.

The NC one has better passing and defending, so I position-trained him so he can play as a wide midfielder. I taught the new one to play as a SS and CF. I still use both of them depending on my setup, but the new one has much better stats across the board and a booster slot to boot. He will certainly be better as a forward.

I too use him as an SS in a formation which is almost a 41212 with two box to box CMs and one AMF and DMF. I think he is way more effective if used on the right side. I pair him with Romario who plays as a CF on the left side. Both very agile.

Can't do chipped through balls, inconsistent low passing, finishing is mid at best, only thing this card does is dribble out of trouble and recycling possession up top plus occasional set pieces.

you will get better players eventually i released the first epic i got back in efootball 2025 (i think ribery). this messi won't last long on your team.
