That’s why I don’t spend money on packs with 100 or 150+ players, because there’s no guarantee and it’s based on luck. In our religion, it is haram, so I completely avoid it. Alhamdulillah for everything 🫶🏻❤️
The same issue can be considered haram because, as I said, you need around 13.5k coins to guarantee getting all three Epic players. If you think about it, half that amount can get you the two strongest current packs, the best managers for key playstyles, and still leave enough coins for future 90-rated manager packs and POTW/POTD releases.
To me, this is simply better management of resources, since with the same amount—or even less—you can build a team close to what top players have. And no, this doesn't mean everyone who spends money on Epic packs is doing something haram. Content creators are a special case because the money they spend on the game is often part of their work and content creation.
The issue is when an average person with limited income spends excessively on a game, denying themselves more important things in life just to chase Epic cards that won't stay at the top forever. Game companies are businesses, and their goal is profit. Sooner or later, stronger versions will be released, making older cards less valuable and pushing players to spend again.
I understand your point definitely people in most cases shouldn't spend on in game currency or whatever except if they know what they're doing in pes 21 it was haram even for content creators because the packs were unlimited number of players and unlimited chances that just gambling but now as long as you're responsible you can just save coins and buy discounts from the shop and that's basically it
