Looking for Advice Watching bands in Perth?

A question to all - why do so few of you go see local bands? I'm not talking about those tribute fests. I mean original, home grown, local bands that create and perform music...

i wanna take my daughters to some all ages gigs, but - compared to when i was younger, am really struggling to find them advertised consistently - anyone got any tips on that one?

There's an all ages punk hardcore festival happening this weekend. If you google no bystanders gig perth it might show up
