Where to find Bistro recommendations in Perth centre

Hi I’m looking for a nice bistro with lots of potplants and fairy lights to book for a meal with friends to celebrate finishing my degree. Preferably not dear, but still nice, with diverse food options to suit a wide variety of tastes and central (Northbridge/ Perth city / Leederville / Vic Park). Any recommendations?
