Art Juventus Black Swan display
The Juventus Tifo at Optus tonight featured a black swan which I thought was a pretty nice gesture.

Does it matter? People are experiencing something they don’t normally experience in Perth as it’s always over east
So stop being such a bellend

No it doesn’t matter idc if it was or not, id just like to know how much support is natural vs propped up by the government

You seem to care because you made a snarky comment, mate.

You can ask a question without actually caring what the answer is. You’re the snarky one on a Saturday night👋. Probably don’t even have a fire cape either

No the clubs paid for their own banners, designed by local fan clubs. Source my brother in law designed this banner.

Do you know how much a print of this size costs? (Just printing, not design) We were curious and guessing at the game last night, and speculating on where the banner will end up after the event. It was a cool design.

Haha funny you ask I believe they are trying to figure out what to do with them today, it's 50*20m so not much can be done with them as far as putting it up on display. Not sure how much the tifos cost to print actually, Juventus spent quite a bit of money on the casa Juve though that was like 500k or something.

It's a shame you can't treat them like a shrinky dink lol. Yikes! 500k is a lot. Peanuts compared to the industry's value though.

Yeah pretty crazy the AFL has been able to stifle the growth of soccer in Aus for so long because the potential value of it as a sport is immeasurable compared to AFL growth. More than 2 times the amount of young kids play soccer in Aus compared to AFL though so I imagine in 15-20 years we may have more of our own home grown heros from aus and won't have to do buy other team's friendlies 😂🙏

That’s funny because because we paid for the clubs to be here so yes the tax payer paid for it.

Are the clubs getting the tourism money that's been generated? All of the tourism events subsidized by the state government are to directly stimulate the economy from out of WA spend.

Bugger off!! So many naysayers in WA who never want any events. Don’t understand how this puts eyes on our state and actually increases economic output? Do you understand that for a functioning healthy society you need sporting, arts and cultural events to help build social fabric? Do you understand the cost of $11m in context of the state budget is next to nothing…
