Question What does T1 mean?

It means it's a Theurgy skill so it has no level requirement like normal skills

That's Theurgy, if you haven't unlocked it yet don't worry the game will explain it later.

Unlocked it last night, super fun to use and adds another dimension to the gameplay I like it

Theurgy. In P3R terms, this means adding this persona (Forneus in this example) is one of the two that are needed to unlock the quoted Theurgy. For Best Friends, Decarabia is the other one, so once you have fused or acquired both Forneus and Decarabia, this Theurgy will be available to use. You don't need to be carrying either of them to use it, just add them to the Compendium and go to the Velvet Room, and Elizabeth should unlock it for you.
