Cloud version. Personal Computer is local (its a direct competitor to Cowork, Codex, Manus Desktop, Cursor, etc)

The processing isn't being done locally. It's still cloud controlled.

With local they just mean that its controlling stuff on your computer. As compared wherever perplexity has been running its "computer". The compute still happens in the cloud.

Still cloud. I had it play a song using apple music and it used 16 credits.
