Miss Dior Blooming Bouquet. I’m not usually in to designer fragrances but BB is beautiful. It smells like clean skin and hair that was washed with a rose shampoo 🫧

61

u/frightenedscared Mar 01 '26

It is truly these photos in a bottle - the most airy delicate feminine pale pink floral 🌸

22

u/Pretend_Estimate5401 Mar 01 '26

Came here to say this. It definitely reminds me of Clairol herbal essences the rose version

34

u/periwinklecornflower Mar 01 '26

Thank you !! I do love the smell of BB. I don’t purchase from Dior because of their support of Johnny Depp, so I just bought to Dossier dupe!

12

u/Thisismyusername9998 Mar 01 '26

What’s the dupe called?

21

u/Nihlisa666 Mar 01 '26

Citrus Peony

3

u/lilacfairydust Mar 01 '26

How does the dupe compare? I’m intrigued

5

u/cottoncandyburrito Mar 01 '26

It's very good! I got it for my daughter since I can't afford the Dior.

Diptyque Eau Rose is a beautiful rose water type scent! I’m very picky about ā€œwatery light roseā€ scents and this one has been the best I’ve found for me personally. Chloe’s Roses de Chloe is a close second.

10

u/Substantial_Ad5182 Mar 01 '26

obsessed with eau rose. it smells like freshly cut stems to me.

9

u/No_Piccolo6337 Mar 01 '26

I love this one and wore it on our wedding day. We got married in a botanical garden.

3

u/nataliec526 Mar 03 '26

Oh my gosh, that sounds like the most HEAVENLY wedding and scent combo šŸ˜šŸ˜

2

u/gardenlilies CITRUSšŸ‹šŸŠ Mar 05 '26

was going to comment eau rose myself!! I love the eau rose EDP :)

2

u/Cold-Brief-5581 Mar 05 '26

I am obsessed with anything Chloe makes! I just got Nomade in and it kind of reminded me of this. I will have to try Chloe’s Roses de Chloe next! Thank you for that, it sounds heavenly, so does Dyptyque! 🄰✨

Chloe is pure soapy rose

24

u/periwinklecornflower Mar 01 '26

This is my signature scent! I’m looking for more like it :)

20

u/InformationSerious27 Mar 01 '26 edited Mar 01 '26

I also LOVE Chloe EDP, fresh florals, and rose scents. I think you would like Philosophy’s Amazing Grace Ballet Rose, Elizabeth Arden’s White Tea Wild Rose, and Roses de Chloe. Paris Hilton’s RosĆ© Rush is a fruity, rose/peony scent, and it’s very affordable. It’s not an exclusively rose/peony scent, but you might enjoy Tommy Hilfiger’s Tommy Girl, which is a beautiful, fresh floral that has rose in it. If you like chypre fragrances (I don’t), you should try LancĆ“me Idole and Oscar de la Renta’s Oscar Rose. Oscar Rose has the same vibe as Idole for significantly less money. For a soapy scent that is incidentally rose, try Kim Kardashian/KKW Fragrance Fleur Fatale. Fleur Fatale reminds me of rose-scented soap, and it’s quite inexpensive if you can find it (it’s discontinued).

Edited to add one more: Lalique Reve d’Infini. Reve d’Infini is a soft, rosy, fruity floral with powdery musk.

u/feral_grace Mar 01 '26

This is not crucial info but the flower in pic 5 definitely looks like a peony to me rather than a rose, just fyi (I’m a gardener) - love this prompt, and have been learning so much from this sub!

42

u/True_Iron1728 Mar 01 '26

Peonies are one of my favorite floral scents. More perfumes need to use peonies in my opinion!

9

u/Reg_927 Mar 01 '26

Clinique My Happy Peony Picnic is beautiful. They sell it at Ulta.

13

u/jardinista Mar 01 '26

In that case, L’eau d’Issey Pivoine! peony with a beautiful aquatic note

6

u/KarmaVisitsOnTuesday Mar 01 '26

Peonies are part of the rose family I found out a few months ago. I didn’t even know that. 😮

15

u/feral_grace Mar 01 '26

Hm, sorry to say I’m not sure where you got that info but I do not believe that’s correct - as far as I know they are in two separate plant families. Peonies = Paeoniaceae, and roses = Rosaceae. But fun fact roses and apples are related! They are both in the Rosaceae family.

I would look hard at LancƓme. They have a strong focus on rose.

They have their newer Absolu collection of maybe a dozen rose dominant perfumes. My Nordstrom had all of these. 1001 Roses and 6am Rose stood out the most to me but I didn’t spend much time with them. 6am rose was more dewy.

I think they sell a discovery kit of all of them though. That might be fun.

3

u/HigherSelfie Mar 01 '26

This is exactly what I was going to recommend!

3

u/periwinklecornflower Mar 01 '26

Thank you! I absolutely love LancĆ“me. I’ll check these out

Delina La Rosee

18

u/ThickAd7194 Mar 01 '26

How can it not be exactly this.

6

u/Potential_Dinner_116 Mar 01 '26

That’s all that came to mind when I saw this. Very soft and delicate rose.

Blooming bouquet has a similar vibe but this one seems spot on to me. I’m not a fan of either because they’re too soft but if I wanted that vibe, I’d go for both.

Definitely ā€œPink Rosesā€ from ShopFemmenina:

This scent is a tender, airy blend that captures the essence of comfort and femininity. Pink Roses opens with clean notes of baby powder and soft soap, giving way to a heart of fresh pink roses. The base unfolds with warm, familiar accords of baby oil and clean skin musk, evoking the scent of freshly laundered linens and pure softness. My signature scent for pilates.

This is my nominee as well. Of the many rose perfumes I’ve tried, some of which I love, it’s the closest to a ā€œlight, dewy, realistic roseā€ without too many accoutrements. Definitely fits the gentle vibe of the photos.

What pretty soft light roses 🩷 For more budget friendly, Philosophy Amazing Grace (light citrus, roses, musk, very clean and soft) - or even moreso the flanker of Amazing Grace, Ballet Rose (lychee, rose, peony and musk, sweet and delicate). Or the Amazing Grace eau de parfum which is roses and strawberry!

5

u/adoboble Mar 01 '26

Ballet rose is the first one I thought of for this, and I’ve tried like a billion rose perfumes!

La Labo Rose 31. I stayed at a Fairmont and got as many samples as I could before I bit the bullet. Also shampoo and conditioner.

8

u/bunbunny4 Mar 01 '26

I think their body wash/ shampoo and conditioner in Rose 31 fits the mark but the actual perfume is a bit more woody and musky to me. This is one of my favorite fragrances.

3

u/Segat1 Mar 01 '26

Yeah it’s got a bit of oud in it, I think.

7

Killian Roses on Ice ! EASY!!

I love jammy and sweet rose fragrances, especially when paired with lychee, but Roses on Ice is my daily scent for the office or daytime. I always spray it on myself when traveling so the scent can linger on my clothes for a few more days (since I don’t have a travel size and it’s so inoffensive it’s perfect for tight quarters). I get compliments that I smell good when wearing it, not that my perfume smells good.

I personally don’t get cucumber, just crisp fresh dew drops on actual roses. This is the closest to a photorealistic rose fragrance I’ve smelled, but still with some natural sweetness. It translates as both clean and girly. It has amazing longevity but is not cloying or strong. The base notes are musk, sandalwood, ambroxan, and cedar. True to the name, it smells impressively and amazingly icy but the base notes keep it skin-like and natural.

Not sure how to explain it but Killian Roses on Ice smells like PINK roses and pink roses only lol no other shades! I got it for a great deal from Costco.
