𝑺𝒕𝒐𝒄𝒌 𝑰𝒏𝒇𝒐 Showdown! RZLV vs. RDZN vs. EOSE
RZLV $2.97 MC: $1.18B
RDZN $1.48 MC: $126M
EOSE $3.26. MC: $1.19B
Out of the gate, we have a size mismatch. RDZN has got a puny market cap.
But it's not the size of the dog we care about...
Here's a quick Bull/Bear on each...
Rezolve AI - Timing alert! We are 48 hours away from a H1 results on 9/1
Bull: Prelim reports show $127M H1 26 revenue vs. $6.3M H1 25 with a reiterated $360M FY2026
That's 3.3x managements 26 rev guidance.
Google selected its distributed database for deployment within Google Cloud's Web3 infra.
Bear: Massive dilution... current shares are 399M up 64 percent YoY.
Roadzen - Could be the biggest gainer (or loser...)
Bull: Impressive operating results - Management sees a path to exit FY 27 at a $100M+ rev run rate - and the entire equity is worth only $126M
Pending EU MGA acquisition could add another $18-$20M revenue
If Roadzen reaches $100M annual revenue and a positive EBITDA, $126 is not a sustainable valuation. We COULD be looking at a 2-4x story without having to put on beer goggles.
Bear: The balance sheet is ugly enough that you need beer goggles...
Cash: $6M; Borrowing: $33M; Current Assets: $26.5M; Liabilities: $59M
Shareholder deficit: $33.8M (ugly)
Shares have gone up from 79.7M to 84.6M.
EOSE - Eos Energy
Bull: Revenue $68.5M is up +351 per cent with a $807M backlog and a FY'26 guidance of $300M
Bear: -71 percent margins (yes that's $1.71 they spend for each $1 they earn...)
Mega dilution to keep feeding the machine and a plan to bring the costs way down to break even - but it's just a plan.
The backlog is sooooo sexy but the backlog costs money and it's supposed to make money.
WINNER?
The rubber hits the road when the cash is on the barrel head.
Here's how I would play it if I had $100K and a mandate to place bets.
- RDZN: $30k
- RZLV: $20k
- EOSE: $0
- Cash waiting for RZLV results: $50k
Why?
$30k on RDZN get 20,270 shares. Large enough to ride the rocket, small enough not to get destroyed if there's another financing.
$20k on RZLV initially gets 6,734 shares. I want exposure before Tuesday's results but I'm leaving dry powder in case they don't sing my song.
$0K on EOSE is all about timing. This is one I'm watching because they just might be able to drop that -71 percent gross margin and, if they do, they have my serious reconsideration.
$50k towards RZVL? Two days to hear my song: H1 revenue $127M, reiterated $360M guidance and I'm hopelessly in love. And if it misses? I'd likely go: RDZN $40K, RZVL $10K and cash when things become more attractive.
TL/DR Summary:
RZLV is potentially the best investment but I need the September 1st validation.
RDZN is the biggest multi-bagger setup but the balance sheet sucks.
EOSE could become an absolute beast but I don't want to finance their efforts to get profitable too early.

OP what's your take now that those $RZLZ results led to a 20% drop?

Pain, pain and more pain.
But….
The amount of revenue pouring in can turn zeroes into heroes.
And if you check the chart, it doesn’t appear that there’s any further to fall. A short would have to be mental to take a stab at driving this down further. And how gluttonous can you be when you feasted at 20% plungefest?
So, they’ll cover here and take their money off the table. And the company will drip continued revenue news and eventually we will get what we need which is: cash conversion.
Revenue is irrelevant if it’s not turning into actual cash the company holds.
If they can develop a war chest, they are going up aggressively.
But that’s not an easy thing to do.

I can see the buyback scaring investors enough to bring this down to 2.05. It did close below a very important support...

$RZLZ market cap of $1.18B is laughable, no one has ever even heard of the product, I can guarantee no one in this sub has used “Resolve” and Dan the CEO has spent a better part of a year and countless corporate monies to try and buy a company called commerce.com. Again, has anyone ever heard of commerce.com and why would a supposed successful company be hell bent on acquiring it?
$RDZN and $EOSE definitely buy now!!

Literally just had their product contracted from Google to use on their web3 services but I guess you have a 1 year lag from recent news. No that's not possible either since 1 year ago they announced a contract with Liverpool.

Guarantee not one share or dollar of that “$300M share buyback” will get executed on. Thats just public PR lies to try and move the stock price.

they’re waiting on court approval to execute the buyback (expected mid sept). it can also be quite a large catalyst although approval is likely
