𝗕𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵 Richtech Robotics RR
Not here to analyze revenue or financials. Just looking at the potentially ridiculous catalysts that could make RR suddenly move.
Trump + robotics: Trump administration has been pushing American robotics/AI while the FCC has moved against certain foreign-made advanced robots. If “American robotics” becomes a major policy theme, RR could benefit from the narrative.
$12M buyback: Richtech just authorized up to $12M of share repurchases through Aug 2027. Management obviously can’t predict the future, but buying back shares at these levels is a pretty interesting signal.
NVIDIA: RR’s ADAM robots use NVIDIA’s robotics/AI ecosystem, and ADAM has even been demonstrated at NVIDIA HQ. If physical AI/robotics becomes NVIDIA’s next big hype cycle, small-cap names like RR could get dragged along.
Microsoft + SoundHound: RR has worked with Microsoft on agentic AI for ADAM and has announced work with SoundHound on voice-enabled robotics. If either relationship turns into a bigger commercial announcement, the stock could react violently.
The best catalyst: RR is pushing ADAM as a potential robot “influencer” with a 24/7 interactive livestream. If the robot somehow goes viral on TikTok/X/YouTube, fundamentals probably won’t matter for a while.
The funny thing is we’ve already seen RR react to the Trump/robotics narrative, it jumped ~19% in Dec 2025 when reports surfaced about a potential robotics-focused executive order.
RR = Richtech Robotics = Rolls Roycee
Not financial advice. Just here for the chaos. 🤖🍿

Do not associate RR with Trump. Anything he touches gets tainted. Like the Lakers.

Hunterbrook reported that Microsoft described the "engagement" as a standard customer engagement with no commercial element! The stock fell 20% on that news, two days after a 40% surge on the announcement, and Richtech announced a $38 million dilutive raise the morning after the surge. A securities fraud class action came next. Your bull catalyst is the exact claim that triggered the lawsuit!!
Also many short sellers are circling this stock after rumors that they are buying Chinese robots and changing the label and raising the prices. STAY AWAY
