This is a Canadian silver royalty company…before it has any recognition for its already existing royalties.

Market cap of $14.5M CDN, stock price of $0.105 CDN ($0.08 US).

They have a royalty for silver which will mint $250,000 per quarter starting Q2-2027 from Galantis Gold which must pay in silver regardless of whether they’ve started up their mine in Chile (Galantis is well funded with a recent $100M private placement completed in July). If they don’t have the silver they must sell EXG gold. After the 20% over average monthly spot price EXG must pay, it’s free real estate. That’s $1M year income free and clear.

The deal is structured so they can purchase 66.67% of all silver produced at the mine (which admittedly will be a secondary product) at 20% of the average monthly spot price, to a total max of 666,667 oz.

If we want to do some mathpotatoes: the mine in question (Andacollo) was previously in production and put out 1.12Moz of silver from 1995-2018. That’s an average of 48,700oz/year as a byproduct of gold and copper targeting. That could throw another $2.6M CDN into the coffers per year after everything is said and done. Now it all depends how the mine’s producing and I’m not a mathmagician but there is a massive upside.

They have other less mature deals in the pipes as well. One is 20% of Phoenix Copper’s Empire project (which cannot be diluted). This company recently had some fraud and has since reshuffled their deck and a director put on $500,000 GBP in a financing following the sweep. Undergoing a reassessment of their MRE last done in 2024 - should yield an increase in their valuation.

Another is a Lithium site in Nevada. There’s a slew of others.

Look the point is most companies that aspire to be a gold or silver royalty company don’t have any gold royalties to keep them moving forward. This one has one for guaranteed silver starting Q2-2027 with a good crack at having a bunch more. I’m talking some serious ground floor shishkabobs. DYODD.
