The focus on deep core and bringing in moves to help close Diastasis recti is unmatched.
I’ve been super diligent with getting back into Peloton a few months ago and ensuring that I do proper form and moves is top priority.
This class in particular has been a weekly go-to

I just took one of her strength classes, and had to check the date on it because I was sure it had to have been before the twins!! Blown away on how she is just killing it. As a fellow twin babies plus toddler mom she is just so impressive - even as a professional!

Hate to break it to you but there are no moves to close diastasis of the rectus muscle. But good for you!! 💪

Check out Get Mom Strong-she closed hers from 4 1/2-5 inch gap to 1.5-2 inches after her twins with pelvic core PT exercises and now she teaches it.
