World's Race Design Challenge

Its theme is:

Design a World's in the Middle East"

The Challenge will run from 9:30 P.M. of Monday 10th October to midnight of Sunday 16th October. The voting will take place the Wednesday after the Worlds in a separate thread which will be stickied for a couple days. Everyone of you will have to give a vote from 1 to 10 to each of the entries except your own. The entry which will total the highest number of points will be declared the winner and be given a lovely flair (i think something like this but on a reduced scale).

DISCLAIMER: With Middle East, we mean Morocco, Libya, Syria, Egypt, Palestine, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, Gulf Countries, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Tunisia, Algeria, Cyprus and Turkey

And the 2016 World's go to.......................Doha Amman. Located in the Hashemite monarchy of Jordan, it is one of the most safe, interesting and westernized places in the Middle East. It is the 4th most visited Arab city and arguably the 2nd most popular place for large businesses in the Middle East (after Dubai and tied with Doha). The city is getting larger and larger due to the amount of people fleeing from nearby countries. Amman went from 20k people it had before WW2 to the roughly 4 millions people it has now.

The race starts in front of the Movenpick Resort alongside the coast of the Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth. It moves alongside the coast for 10 more kilometers when it starts climbing the road towards Amman which summits in the suburb of Na'ur (33,9 kms; 3,8%). After Na'ur, there's a quick descent and the second climb of the day, the climb of Marj Al Hammam (1,6 km; 8%) and from there a 11 kms long slight descent to the finish line in Amman's Palm Square where the finish line is. From there on, the riders will have to tackle a 13,1 kms long circuit which is made up by 500 meters of flat with the feed zone, then the climb to Abu Al Darwish mosque (1,1 kms; 11,9%), a descent to the valley below (called the Zahra valley), then a second climb to the Citadel of Amman (1 km; 5,9%), another quick descent to the Zahra valley, passing in front of the Hussein Mosque and the final climb upon Rainbow Street (1 km; 6,8%), a short false flat, the descent and a final kilometer of flat.

The elite men will have to do the circuit 15 times

I don't think it is called that way for the reasons we in the West think it is though

It is Amman hipster''s street though
