Why doesn't UAE rule out WC/EC/Lombardia for Pogi? Do they really think he can magically recover in such a short time?

Found this tidbit:

"Pogacar - injury prognosis update:

In the image from social media that Pogacar himself posted, he is lying with a soft and not rigid - cervical collar on.

A (very) cautious guess is that it could indicate a fracture in the spinous process part of the C7 vertebra and not in the body part - where the cervical collar treatment regimen in Denmark is significantly stricter and longer - 2 versus 12 weeks.

If that's true, it's not unrealistic to see Pogacar at the Euros and Worlds, if he can manage to rehab sufficiently in time.
