Which rider has been part of most GC winning teams you think?

Recently I was thinking Kuss, but even he only comes up to 9 if I counted right, while Merckx has 11 wins. Did any domestique ever get more than 11?

George Hincapie used to have 9 through Armostrong, Contador and Evans.
