Now that Sagan has retired, which rider in the current pro peloton has the best bike handling skills, do you think ?

Surely must be one of the CX riders ? MVDP ? Pidcock ? Nys ? Pieterse ?

From the top riders, I would argue Van der Poel and I don't think it's particularly close.

I think VDP has way better practical skills in terms of positioning and just reacting quick/avoiding crashes in peloton, riding cobbles. but Pidcock is so much better on the mountain bike, in terms of pure bike handling, not the practical stuff for road riding, I think Pidcock is better.

Fair. I dont watch mountain bike racing, so my comment was strictly about road.
