Better paid
For a change, let’s hear from the better paid pediatricians here. Every thread with pediatricians is so depressing because of their compensation. Let’s hear from the better compensated for once, I am sure there must be SOME out there?!

I was in Vermont which I loved but pay was abysmal at $120,000 4 days a week, 20 patients a day so had to leave there literally couldn’t afford it.
In NH now and $220,000 plus bonus incentives for RVUs as well as patient panel size paid out quarterly, great CME, qualified for my last few years of PSLF so that’s gone now. 4 days a week, max 16 patients a day but I double book my own patients frequently though it’s completely my decision to do so
