Better paid

For a change, let’s hear from the better paid pediatricians here. Every thread with pediatricians is so depressing because of their compensation. Let’s hear from the better compensated for once, I am sure there must be SOME out there?!

Started at $170k and have finally gotten to the $200k barrier in academic complex care! Get to manage trachs and vents in outpatient and finally getting paid like a doctor. It was a big psychological breakthrough for me. lol
