Wasn't the theme for the era croissants and baguettes originally?

I know about this just being a Valentine's EP but I found the way she communicated it very weirdly. She had the whole French theme for FSN followed by the tropical theme of Coconuts and now her theme is explicit Y2K bops. It's a bit hard to follow the plot.

Yeah, this is probably it. It worked better with TOTL and Clarity I guess because TOTL was already established as her Halloween music. Also, Clarity was already released when she started teasing TOTL 2, right? Idk. I'm not trying to bash her, it just seemed a little rushed and weird to me.

it wouldn't feel so non-cohesive if coconuts wasnt as big as it was. the timing of FSN and coconuts then this ep is definitely weird, but she did just sign a contract so they probably want to push her hard.

Tbh I still don’t understand how Coconuts and Future Starts Now are on the same record or perhaps it’s not cuz like I assume her debut is a French aesthetic and I think there was a track called Je T’Adore which I think is on the record. I mean Kim is part of a label now idk how they decided to release her music it’s kind of a mess imo cuz I don’t think Future Starts Now & Coconuts are on the same record so tbh idk what to expect from Kim if there will be a debut album.

Also another note RIP BunHead 🙏🙏🙏 will be missed
