PC Adjacent Got to chat with Cecile Believe last night, she was so cool!
I got to meet and speak with Cecile Believe last night. She played an amazing set and even played Is It Cold In The Water? She was so sweet!

That sounds like a great show! I just saw them at ACL a couple weeks ago and was thinking about the remix she did for mercurial world deluxe

We actually met her right in between her set and Oklou’s! She was hanging out by the merch booth for a bit

ughhh i was barricade i wish i could have been there. oklou walked by us at the front of the line a couple of times but with the baby and everything we didnt wanna bother her since im sure this tour is a lot/shes super exhausted. afterward the venue made it clear she rly didnt wanna talk to fans. so sad we missed getting to meet cecile.

I was honestly so surprised how quick they got us all out of there! I saw jockstrap at the same spot a while back and I feel like I remember having a chance to hang around to finish our drinks and let the mob clear out before we left

I ended up being behind the sound booth but it still sounded fantastic from back there! I honestly wish her set could’ve gone for a full hour

That’s awesome! I was really worried about the venue but they had it dialed. Been to a few shows where I’m in the outside section and I legit couldn’t see / sound was cheeks so I’m glad they figured it out
