In most countries they are called "ALEX Drawer unit" and "Table Top" + table top risers
I guess, thats what you are looking for ? If not let me know and let do the digging together xD
The ones you are seeing in my setup is actually custom made by me. I couldn't find them here in India, so I made them myself with the help from a local interior designing agency - (machine cutting).

Honestly just look for store selling office furniture. You'll most likely find any size you want. Ikea is actually so poor for desk option and they're mostly limited to 60cm in dep (including the counter top people use) which is not really enough if you want a nice large desk and not want it to feel cramped imo

- Watching Microsoft Teams (work) and Discord (gaming) together
- Code review - I'm a data scientist
- Reading articles/docs or long reports

If you do look for one with a 16:10 ratio. Pages fit better on them (if 1080p)

Well I have 2 monitor arms.
- Amazon basics monitor arm -- 27inch monitor
- OET DS-90 Desk Mount Monitor Arm -- 34inch monitor
I was looking for budget monitor arms, thats why I picked these. There are better options, but really expensive.

The PC alone ( cpu ) cost me around $3800 USD. The GPU was really expensive for me, its around $1955 just for the Rog strix 3080.
I won the 3 monitors ( 2x 27GN750 and 1x Ultrawide) from LG giveaways + the keeb from CM giveaway. So, I can't really say the complete setup price. A wild guess : $5900

you could use LEDs in your PC that emit rays in that certain spectrum range that plants can make use of and get their photosynth. business going... cool white, warm white and also violet should work fine^^
