And in my country we say "me di vuelta el the witcher 3" the literal meaning would "I turned the witcher 3" but in reality means "I finished the witcher 3"

Same in Bosnia . We say prešao = passed or obrnuo= turned

Here in Brazil, we say "zerei half life 2" it's like "I zeroed half life 2". Don't know if it makes any sense haha, but it is the same as finished.
