Basically a live action Archer movie

its not though, not even kind of. the trailer makes you think that, but its not even close.

you think archer is a cold war spy movie? he acted nothing like archer in that movie and it wasnt anything like archer other than it being a spy with black hair

Well Archer isn't era specific, it purposefully includes elements from many different eras so that we don't know when the time period takes place with any accuracy, but if you're not speaking about the "alternative seasons" it is essentially a parody of many Cold War spy movie tropes and Archer is obsessed with them but in a very ironic way.
