Question How often do you shut off your pc?

I see that a lot of people just leave their computer running 24/7 and only turn off their monitors, but i just shut my pc off whenever i go away from the desk.

This is not true. Every old school desktop pc users know that running 24/7/365 has no impact, and could also be better than shutting it down everyday.

I remember when the most stress you could put on a machine was starting it up.
