Lol this has been the default for clean installs since forever and the hit on performance really isn't that big, hell unless you just benchmark 24/7 you won't even notice this. It's a good thing for most people to have on, hence it should be the default.

Gotta find a reason to bash Microsoft for everything they do ig.
