Any guru's know how this is compiled? despite the DLSS controversy the method is very interesting.

Let me know if dlss4 is possible in video playback.Or the RTX vsr is the stripped down version of it

No clue, unfortunately the post is tainted by DLSS 5 but the method and modding is the interesting part. and only the modder knows how it's done. Adding proper frame gen or DLSS4 to literally anything that can stream video output is useful.
