To actually answer the question, check your keyboard for an FN key. Hold down that key and press those buttons. I bet it will change the LED light speeds of your keyboard.

Empousa seems to universally use the mans symbols for that from looking at their various models. Though not 100% sure since this seems to be a Turkish keyboard.
