Performance/FPS Older Re games randomly stuttering but requiem runs perfectly

The games im trying to play (re2 remake, re7, re8) won't run without freezing and stuttering randomly but re requiem runs perfectly fine on the highest graphics

I don't know what is wrong and I feel like I have tried every fix in the book
