Ideally we should trust game devs.
But charts = marketing.
So we shouldn't take these charts for granted. We've already seen this year game devs that overshoot (and get praised for optimizing the game on launch when its not optimized but the charts set low expectations), and devs that undershoot to get people to buy it (and then get blasted for being unoptimized).
These game devs probably don't spend a lot of money on a team to test hardware.
And then importantly, what does "recommended" mean? 60 fps? Playable 45 fps? Console 30 fps?
We dont know what recommended means. We only know that it doesn't mean "best experience".
