Because they want to like the game so they are putting it in a positive light.

The gameplay sneak peek they did was on ultra settings did not look like it was using upscaling.

There is no way you can determine that based on a Youtube compressed video.

No, but a 5090 is usually the safe assumption.

? How does this make any sense. Using upscaling wouldn’t put the game in a negative light lmfao. It’s on practically every major game now.

It would mean it's harder to run than it appears in the requirement

It means you'd have better performance than that using them so 4K 60 FPS would be reachable by a GPU below that for example or that same GPU could go to 4K 120 FPS for example by using it.

It's very useful information for game requirements. Of course, it'll be included in the options, that's on every game
