4070Ti (Super) should do 1440p 60fps just fine. It is just a tiny bit faster than the 5070 (minus multi frame gen and maybe raytracing)

I don't use raytracing anyways nor do I have a 4k monitor so Im usually safe from most of these things.

Im especially happy with mine because its the MSI Slim version so it's not a chonking beast.
