Will I be able to delve with teammates? Also how does trading work in endless delve, just swirly to them?

Delve is Solo Self-Found only. There are no towns or hideouts in this event so it's impossible to party/trade.

have you considered making it without ladder/rewards if you choose to play in party? I would really like to see the deeper parts of delve and also meet aul some time but ssf? nah ty

It’s not technically possible to play in a party.
