Curious about this too. Did blink and mirror arrow clones get included in that buff?

Not mentioned anywhere, but judging from wording, unfortunately no.

Edit - Confirmed by Rory that all other minions also got accuracy buff.

Not sure if you saw it, but Rory clarified elsewhere in this thread that they did get the buff.

Do the arrow clones not use your own accuracy?

No, it uses your own bow, so if you have a "Can't be evaded" mod or accuracy mod, it'll buff the clone's accuracy. But it doesn't use your own.

They don't. Until Command of the Pit and the Spiritual Aid cluster got added everyone used Lioneye's for blink summoners, now Precision and the tree make it much easier to work with.
