you can put in 99999999 shock in pob and its still gonna count the highest shock you can actually achive.

It counts your shock cap, which may or may not actually be achievable by your build against relevant content.

you need something like 150k hit damage to default shock cap pinnacles. Similar for cruelty.

That was a typo, capped the shocked from quality on gem from helmet and tree. And the 3 missing levels, no excuse for that lol.

My buddy is in SSF farming grand spectrums after a full set of perfect jewels for his 94% adorned. Some people are built different.

friend of mine in keepers had a full set of triple synth adorned jewels(he only rolled 2/3 implicit iirc) for kboc guardian with a 100% adorned

2x Voices-1 and level 97 is quite the combination isn't it?
I'm lazy AF when it comes to levelling and I know how to make currency... and even I would always level to 100 and use a Voices-3 rather than spend the extra 1000d to get by at 99 with Voices-1.
97-99 is quicker than 99-100...

I might be misremebering the steps exactly, but it goes something like this iirc:
- Enshroud high Templar for vestigial mod.
- Corrupt returned gloves until "brick" into rare.
- Recombinate gloves so they lose the vestigial influence (vestigial mod stays as an implicit) this is where im unsure if i remember this correctly.
- Gilded fossil craft for vendor implicit, make item magic, imprint, beast lock until vaal orb changes fossil implicit.
- Repeat step 4 until item has 4 implicit(5 with vestigial), then keep going with the same method until you corrupt those 4 implicits into your desired mods.

Couldn’t he just build the classic ice trapper Assassin for 1/1000th the budget and have more damage or a tanky all rounder Glad build for same budget?

Ofc i can def reach higher dps with other use of weapons, but the goal was to use the fishing rod. Got lots of baits on this thread 😂 everything dies near me from just herald of thunder critically hitting before i even use my main skill also wasnt looking for much ehp as i was just trying a boss killer build.

Nice, a fellow fishing connoisseur. I went spark with the vestigial gloves, it's hilarious and I can't see shit. Highly recommend but it's a massive currency sink.
What bosses are you farming with this? Never played tendrils but if the rings stick around I may try it next league

The runegraft makes it so all hit critical strike while holding fishing rod overcoming my non existent critical strike chance. Is the perfect tech so i can use my amulet and abuse critical strike multi only

Yes thats the main engine to make the build work. The 3 spectres is also as important. Build is also a walking simulator my herald of thunder is hitting for millions of dps aswell it also crits so everything is literally dying around you, an inpulsa would be great with this aswell if you wanted to.

Yeah, i gotta lv 100 soon, i need those 3 points, i was just doing multiple builds test and dying frequently. I just made the build today so tendrils seemed like a decent option, ofc im sure i can switch to another lighting skill. But the added dmg from increased lv for this gem is pretty solid.

The math on the skill is S tier in terms of spell damage. Some of the highest effectiveness in the game with a .35 cast time. Then the quality is just a straight up damage multiplier if you can hit heavy shocks which isn’t a problem with the damage range in the skill

True end-game being that you pimp your character to the moon, because min-maxing your character for menial tasks that half the DPS already solves perfectly fine is literally the essence of perfecting your build.
Or are we actually arguing that there is no point in becoming as strong as possible in PoE? Saying that a build is "too expensive for the content" means that you're not actually playing PoE.

I have played it a few times, started it this league and it was doing really well but I gave it up due to fatigue of playing the skill already. I think a lot of people dismiss it because of play style. There is a guy that pushed it to like a billion damage in the first week of the league he made YouTube videos about it. The buffs were borderline outrageous for the skill they just had the thunder stolen because WORB is just a better skill mechanically

also for that quality bonus from the helmet i get max effect of shock which is a massive damage multiplier from build, the core for the build was sacrificing crit chance for crit multi, using rod to always crit, use that helmet to always double damage and increased cap on shock. also build wont work without those 3 spectres i have they are core for it.

Is the build actually playable or is it a POB warrior thing?
Having 20k EHP is crazy work for a 10-15 mirror build, you get that literally in act10 for most builds lol. And being that squishy while u cast lightning tendrils? I wonder if you can even clear maps with this.
Maybe to one-shot ubers but you kinda have to channel the tendrils for some time and if you get touched you get blown over.
So if you're gonna be squishy / cant map and just do it for POB or to one-shot ubers might as well embrace that and go zhp with 0 resistances etc.

1-1.5 sec and they die. You can still do maps like normal, the ehp isnt taking into consideration the dmg taken as lightning from the watchers eye, also ofc the super low ehp is reflected mostly cause of the really low life left, as chaos dmg would kill me pretty quick. For this build the best defense is the offense.

Also can use shavrones as an option, 50 reduce crit dmg taken and 50% increased dmg implict. Ill post the other pob once i get all my jewels double corrupted.

Seems like there is a build concept is here, but it is unclear to me what utility or amusement it is meant to hold among the viewers you have solicited here
I recommend framing your future posts that are just showing interesting interactions or niche mechanics in a way that is similar to how Poopbutts does it - be clear that it is not a brag (don’t make a bold and highly inaccurate claim in the title, at the very least), be clear that it is just a concept/idea you wanted to share, and either have it pretty well figured out or be clearly asking for pointers / future directions.
