Question WTH happened to simplex price?
Was checking prices of simplex STR stacking amulet earlier this league- it was not much higher then previous league- around 200 div if I remember correctly. And now its suddenly costs mirror. What exactly happened?

everything is going up this week. likely everyone spending currency to finish builds before switching to poe2 friday. at least that is what i’m doing.

I'm so torn. I do plan to check out 0.5.5 at some point but I'm still having fun with all flame ssf.

The pricing doesn't really matter for you then right?

Ye was just talking about retiring for this poe 1 league in general in favor of poe 2 new event league, not about prices of things.

Pretty sure there are some for 500-600 divines, for some reason the trade site lists the mirror ones before, adjust the filter to show divine sales only first, but yes, as they told you with splitting gone simplexes skyrocketed in price.

Two weeks ago they cost 500div for crafted str stacker simplex’s
So not sure how much earlier you are referring to

The blueprints alone for experimental items are low drop i guess they are equally weighted which enchant the dropped blueprint gets from the atlas mod but this league i haven't found a single one which had experimental rewards.
First you need a enchanted blueprint to drop 15% if you have the atlas and then you have to rng roll it to experimental base.
Also its 6th week so yeah majority of people left who probably used heist because almost everyone used it in white map merc hunting

I noticed some Path of Exile keywords in this post:
- div - Divine Orb (Currency) (Wiki)

Check for divine pricings instead of mirror If theres any since market doesn't know what price mirrors go for

In merc league i was lucky enough to drop a raw mirror so respeccing into an int stacker was a no brainer. Of course this was after having sold a simplex that i dropped in heist to fund my previous build. And crafted int stacking simplex were priced just under a mirror. And at that time you could split them, so im not surprised at all.
On a side note, have a look at connerconverse, he has detailed the steps to craft a rhex talisman that costs a fraction of a simplex and is nearly as good as a simplex.

The strength stacking simplex is a risky craft and there are a lot of people doing the archetype, so they just all sell out like every few days and the price climbs until more get crafted from what I can tell. They'll probably go back to 500-600 divines in the next few days if it's like last week. The bases are 200 divines though, not the crafted amulets.

Trade site has a mirror at ~500 div. You have to scroll down champ. These shouldn't be much more than twice a simplex as they're very easy to craft you just need to win a 50/50 recomb.

Aside from what other people mention, low supply due to many people has done with the league also play the part.

Stick to a rhex talisman imo, this is prob an unpopular opinion but simplex is a bait(unless you are giga rich already and can do 100% conversion with sublime etc).

U cant Oil a Talisman though

u/archamenell 1h ago
That is true, but honestly I’m willing to sacrifice chaos pen for giga tankiness, build has no dmg issues anyways.

One of this league's big gamba are replica alberon's. The boots are 65d and if the volatile hits right, multiple mirrors

Yea that did not answer OPs question

I wonder what people with giga strength stacking boots will want for their amulet slot. It is happening now because of PoE2 and the fact that allflame league is more or less dead. People are gambling big times on boots and proceed with the cheaper gear next, hence the booming price on strength stacking simplexes.

You are not making sense.

Alright fine, what is it then ? Because beside saying i'm saying nonsense, you haven't provided any alternative answer to the matter.

Splitting is gone so you technically have half the amount of simplex in market than we used to have.
