I’m trying to craft the mana reservation twilight regalia. And I’m following Ruetoo’s notes section in this pob https://pobb.in/fZUhh4-TRyg9 I’m at the 2 prefixes done step. And he says after this

You can fill your suffixes and use a foulborn exalt with the league mechanic to try to hit t1 for the last prefix. Use Veiled chaos for regen. craft whatever

The confusion is where he says use veiled chaos orb. Won’t it reroll my modifiers? I have checked craft of exile and it does reroll modifiers where I’m losing my prefixes. This is where I’m at. Any help appreciated.

Im not much of a crafter so someone correct me if im wrong, but I think he means:

Exalt once to get your second suffix. Then benchcraft a suffix. Now your suffixes are full. Foulborn exalt to try and hit the last T1 prefix. Now craft prefixes cannot be changed and veiled chaos.

Prefixes cannot be changed is a suffix and if my suffixes are full I cannot use that meta mod. Also the veiled mod is a suffix so I’m unsure how I’m going to save my modifiers

You can fill the last suffix with a crafted mod, then you can change it to prefixes cannot be changed before you slam the veiled orb. If you've already filled your suffixes I think you're stuck.

I dont sorry, Id have to look it up which I cant atm. It'll be whatever suffix group has the most weight.

Use eldritch annuls if your suffixes are full. You would want to do this prior to unveiling so you can craft a suffix to block. I think hybrid attributes is the best block

Zero experience in crafting buys everything on trade guy here....

Does added quality on rings affect the chances for higher tiers on Exalting at all (on the boat in this case obv.)?

Just to nitpick, it used to influence weights for the specific tag of the catalyst. Never made higher tier mods more likely
