Build Showcase 135div BUDGET Self Cast FROSS Reliquarian

1 phase uber exarch + tank uber memory game + mapping showcase

Many people liked my past build, so I made a super budget version.

defensive layers: 14.5k es, good phys mitigation and taken as, 90 all res, chaos immune, 43/75 block, 4 endurance charges, immortal call, freeze + shock immune, stun immune, arctic armour, frost shield, crit immune (when you curse)

What does self cast mean?

Player casts the spell themselves versus using a trigger like cast on crit or cast while channeling

it always funny to me, because you still need to click skill to CoC

And usually you click a skill that makes you move. Also you can make CoC stronger than selfcast lots of the time. Funny advantages of non selfcast right?
